  • Start the process with a complimentary consultation to ask questions about my therapeutic approach and experience, discuss what brings you to therapy and logistics, and get a sense of whether we're the right fit for each other.

  • If we mutually decide to move forward, we'll schedule an intake session. Here, we'll clarify your goals and make a customized treatment plan to help you get the most out of our time together.

  • Let the work begin! Sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform so you can get support from the comfort of your home.

I specialize in helping high-achieving moms work through the challenges of motherhood, including burnout, overwhelm, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.

I’m passionate about this work because I’m a mom, too. I deeply understand the unique struggles (and triumphs!) of motherhood, and I’m here to support you in learning about your various identities.

As a South Asian woman and oldest daughter, I especially enjoy helping moms like you from diverse backgrounds navigate expectations from yourselves, your family, and society.
